Project IP definition

Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.
Project IP means the Intellectual Property Rights in the Deliverables and all other goods, materials, documents or data created in the performance of the Supplier's obligations under the Contract;
Project IP means all Intellectual Property Rights arising or created by Deswik or a third party exclusively for the Client in performing the Services, but does not include Deswik Background IP. Proposal means the proposal provided by Deswik to the Client in respect to the Services. Protected Code means any source code which Deswik or a third party has taken steps to protect from Access.

Project IP means all Intellectual Property Rights brought into existence for the purpose of providing the Services, including the Milestone Reports, Final Report and any Deliverables; Protected Data means MLA Data, MLA’s Confidential Information and any Personal Information provided by MLA to the Consultant; Related Bodies Corporate has the same meaning given to it in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth);
Project IP means Intellectual Property which arises out of the Project, including the Reports; Related Bodies Corporate has the same meaning given to it in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth); Reports means the Milestone Reports and the Final Report; Student means any postgraduate students enrolled with the Participant or an agent or subcontractor of the Participant that may work on the Project and whose name and any further details are listed in the special conditions annexed to this Agreement (if applicable); and Thesis means a thesis produced by a Student which relates to the Project.
