Production License. A Production License is granted by the Licensor to exploit results produced by this Software for Client’s business or industrial use. The integration of LocalSolver inside an Application is performed solely by the Client, under its own responsibility. Once LocalSolver is integrated into an Application, LocalSolver will be used as part of its functionalities by the Client’s end-users and never as a standalone software product. License Fees shall be paid by the Client to the Licensor pursuant to the Fees Article herein. The License Key will be sent to the Client after receipt of the Purchase Order signed by the Client and payment of the License Fees.
Production License means the right to use the Licensed Product in accordance with Section 2.2.

Production License means a license that authorizes the reproduction, distribution, sale, deployment and sublicense of the binary Runtime system image (a System Runtime Package “SRP” and/or a kernel downloadable image “KDI”).
