In the event that Grant Funds are used in whole or in part to produce any written publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures or other written materials, Grantee must obtain Prior Approval for the use of those funds (2 CFR 200.467) and must include in these publications, announcements, reports, flyers, brochures and all other such material, the phrase “Funding provided in whole or in part by the [Grantor].” 2 CFR 200.467.
This Agreement must not be sold, assigned, or transferred in any manner by Xxxxxxx, to include an assignment of Xxxxxxx’s rights to receive payment hereunder, and any actual or attempted sale, assignment, or transfer by Grantee without the Prior Approval of Grantor in writing renders this Agreement null, void and of no further effect.
When it is specifically required as a condition of an Award, the replacement of the Program director or a key person or a substantial reduction in the level of their effort, e.g., their unanticipated absence for more than three (3) months, or a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in the time devoted to the Award purposes, requires Prior Approval from Grantor.
