Principal or designee definition

Principal or designee means the teaching staff member’s Principal or a staff member designated by the Principal to be responsible at the time of the alleged violation or the teaching staff member’s supervisor or a staff member designated by the teaching staff member’s supervisor to be responsible at the time of the alleged violation.
Principal or designee. The certificated administrator appointed by the District to evaluate a certificated teacher.
Principal or designee means the school principal, other administrator or other school official designated by the principal to meet the requirements of this regulation.

  • The Union Representative shall make known to the Principal, or designee, that he/she is present in the building.

  • The committee includes the Principal or designee, the student’s grade level team, the grade level special education teacher, and may include one or more of the following:, reading specialist, nurse, school adjustment counselor, school psychologist, behavior specialist, occupational therapist or speech pathologist.

  • The committee shall include the Principal or designee, at least one (1) unit member selected by unit members at the site.

  • In the event that a regular teacher cannot be in attendance on a regular school day, the Building Principal or designee shall make every attempt to hire a substitute teacher.

Related to Principal or designee

  • Principal or Representative means a principal, owner, partner, shareholder, joint venturer, investor, member, trustee, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, representative or consultant.

  • Investor Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).

  • Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.

  • Designated Director means a person designated by the RE to ensure overall compliance with the obligations imposed under chapter IV of the PML Act and the Rules and shall include:

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Preferred Director means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Alternate Director means a person elected or appointed to serve, as the occasion requires, as a member of the board of a company in substitution for a particular elected or appointed director of that company;

  • Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.

  • Tribal organization means the elected governing body of any Indian tribe or any legally established organization of Indians that is controlled by one or more such bodies or by a board of directors elected or selected by one or more such bodies (or elected by the Indian population to be served by such organization) and that includes the maximum participation of Indians in all phases of its activities; and

  • Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).

  • Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.

  • Purchaser Designee means an individual then serving on the Board of Directors pursuant to the exercise of the Purchaser’s nomination rights pursuant to Section 4.07(a) and/or Purchaser’s rights pursuant to Section 4.07(e), together with any designee of the Purchaser who is then standing for election to the Board pursuant to Sections 4.07(a) and (b) or who is being proposed for election by the Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.07(e).

  • Request for Proposal or RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • Preferred Directors means the Series A Directors and the Series B Director.

  • Significant Shareholder means a person or company that has beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, whether direct or indirect, or a combination of beneficial ownership of, and control or direction over, whether direct or indirect, securities of an issuer carrying more than 10 per cent of the voting rights attached to all the issuer’s outstanding voting securities, excluding, for the purpose of the calculation of the percentage held, any securities held by the person or company as underwriter in the course of a distribution;

  • Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.

  • New Director means an individual whose election by the Board or nomination for election by the Company’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who either were directors at the Date of Grant or whose election or nomination for election was previously so approved or recommended. However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.

  • Elected Director means a person elected as an elected director in accordance with these bylaws or elected or appointed as a replacement director for an elected director;

  • Incumbent Director means a director who either (i) is a member of the Board as of the Effective Date or (ii) is elected, or nominated for election, to the Board with the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the Incumbent Directors at the time of such election or nomination (but excluding a director who was elected or nominated in connection with an actual or threatened proxy contest relating to the election of directors of the Company).
