Principal Increase definition

Principal Increase is defined in Section 1.1(b).
Principal Increase shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 3.1(c).
Principal Increase as defined in Section 3.1.1(d).

More Definitions of Principal Increase

Principal Increase means the amount, if any, equal to the difference between (i) the net proceeds generated from the sale of the Non-core Properties (or any portion thereof) to a third party by the Non-core Purchaser or any receiver appointed in respect thereof and (ii) the Costs;
Principal Increase has the meaning set forth in [Section 2.9(a)] (Interest).
Principal Increase means those increases to the principal amounts owed under the Term Loans made prior to the Restatement Effective Date, representing a portion of the “Applicable Rate” (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) equal to the “Applicable PIK Component” (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) that was paid-in-kind and added to the outstanding principal balance of the applicable Term Loans.

Related to Principal Increase

  • Annual increase means, initially, fifty-nine cents per month

  • Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $25,000,000 minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Agreement.

  • First Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted 20 months prior to the start of the Delivery Year to which it relates.
