Planned Unit means an estate in real property consisting of an undivided interest in common in a portion of a parcel of real property together with a separate interest in a residential, commercial or industrial building, or a portion thereof, and the ground upon which such building, or portion thereof, is located on such real property, such as an apartment, office, store, or industrial use.
