Phase II Project definition

Phase II Project means the development of the remainder of the Site, which is expected to include one or more types of Permitted Business and will be developed in accordance with the applicable governmental requirements regarding the Site.

Phase II Project means any capacity addition, line extension or addition of value-added product facilities, in a Similar Business, at the steel mini-mill located in Mississippi County, Arkansas.

Phase II Project means a hotel, casino and mall complex proposed to be developed on the Phase II Land, which may be integrated with the Project.
