Examples of Phase 2 Services in a sentence

  • No portion of the Work, with respect to the Phase 2 Services to be provided hereunder shall be performed prior to the Phase 2 Commencement Date, unless expressly approved in advance by Owner in writing.

  • Design Builder shall commence the Phase 2 Services portion of the Work within five (5) calendar days after the Phase 2 Commencement Date.

Phase 2 Services are described and designated in Exhibit 3.1 as Phase 2 Services.   • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Diagnostic Services means services provided for the purpose of determining the nature and cause of a condition, ill- ness, or injury.
