Petroleum Code definition

Petroleum Code means Law No. 99/013 of December 22, 1999 constituting the Petroleum Code of the Republic of Cameroon, revised and amended, if applicable.
Petroleum Code means the Ordinance N 119/PRG/86 of September 23, 1986 concerning the legal and fiscal regime of the exploration and exploitation of Petroleum as well as the regulations made thereunder.
Petroleum Code means Law no96-018 of September 4, 1996 constituting the Petroleum Code of the Republic of Madagascar as in effect on the Effective Date, and its implementing texts, and as may be amended from time to time.

Petroleum Code means the Petroleum Code and Implementation Decree of the Republic of Guinea as amended effective as of the date of this Agreement. Petroleum Costs shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the PSC [<Depenses Petrolieres>] PSC means the Hydrocarbon Production Sharing Contract [<Contrat de Partage de Production d’Hydrocarbures>] as defined in the preamble to this Agreement and any further amendments, extensions or renewals thereto.

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.

  • Minerals means any and all ores (and concentrates derived therefrom) and minerals, precious and base, metallic and non-metallic, in, on or under the Property which may lawfully be explored for, mined and sold.

  • Unleased mineral owner means a royalty interest owner who owns oil and/or gas rights free of a lease or other instrument conveying all or any portion of the working interest in such rights to another. At the time of this order, the unleased mineral owners identified by Ascent include those listed on Exhibit A.

  • Mining Act means the Mining Xxx 0000;

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
