Participant Fees definition

Participant Fees means fees, if any, payable by Participant to Upstream pursuant to Section 12 for use of the System Services.
Participant Fees means the fees to be paid by a City Party to Participant for Participant’s services under this Agreement, as more fully explained in Section 7 of this Agreement.
Participant Fees means the fees and other assessments charged for participation in the OIX Activity in accordance with the OIX Policies, including those set out in Schedule 2 (Fees). Other capitalised terms used but not defined in this Participant Agreement are defined in the applicable OIX Policy (in particular the Handbook) incorporated by reference in this Participant Agreement.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Basic Compensation means Salary and Benefits.

  • 414(s) Compensation means any definition of compensation that satisfies the nondiscrimination requirements of Code Section 414(s) and the Regulations thereunder. The period for determining 414(s) Compensation must be either the Plan Year or the calendar year ending with or within the Plan Year. An Employer may further limit the period taken into account to that part of the Plan Year or calendar year in which an Employee was a Participant in the component of the Plan being tested. The period used to determine 414(s) Compensation must be applied uniformly to all Participants for the Plan Year.

  • Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
