Partial Condemnation definition

Partial Condemnation means any Condemnation which does not constitute a Termination Event.
Partial Condemnation has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03.
Partial Condemnation means a Condemnation which is not a Total Condemnation.

More Definitions of Partial Condemnation

Partial Condemnation as used in this Article shall mean any Condemnation of a portion of the Premises that is not a Total Condemnation under Section 7.01(a) of this Lease.
Partial Condemnation means any other such taking by eminent domain or grant or conveyance in lieu thereof.
