Part A State definition

Part A State means a State for the time being specified in Part A of the First Sched- ule to the Constitution, 1 [as] in force before the Constitution (Seventh Amendment) Act, 1956, "Part B Sate" shall mean a State for the time being specified in Part B of that Schedule and "Part C State" shall mean a State for the time being specified in Part C of that Schedule or a territory for the time being administered by the President under the provisions of Art. 243 of the Constitution;
