Parent Awards definition

Parent Awards means Parent Options, Parent RSU Awards and Parent PSU Awards, collectively.

Parent Awards means Parent Option Awards, Parent Restricted Stock Awards, Parent RSU Awards (Pre-2015), Parent RSU Awards (2015), Parent Performance Share Awards (Pre-2015) and Parent Performance Share Awards (2015), collectively.

Examples of Parent Awards in a sentence

• These wage increases shall be in lieu of any other increases granted by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales during the term of this Agreement except that should the Parent Award's all purpose hourly wages rates exceed the rates under this Award, employees shall be paid at the higher hourly rate.
