Pacific Select definition

Pacific Select or any derivative thereof or logo associated with that name is the valuable property of Pacific Life, and that the Fund has the right to use such name (or derivative or logo) only so long as this Agreement is in effect. Upon termination of this Agreement the Companies shall forthwith cease to use such name (or derivative or logo).

Pacific Select or any derivative thereof or logo associated with that name is the valuable property of the Adviser and its affiliates, and that the Portfolio Manager has the right to use such name (or derivative or logo) only with the approval of the Adviser and only so long as the Adviser is an investment adviser to the Fund and/or the Series. Upon termination of the Advisory Agreement between the Fund and the Adviser, the Portfolio Manager shall forthwith cease to use such name (or derivative or logo).
