Owner Trust Estate definition

Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

• The Owner Trustee hereby declares that it shall hold the Owner Trust Estate in the name of the Trust and not in the Owner Trustee’s name for the Trust, except as required by and in accordance with Section 2.8, in trust upon and subject to the conditions set forth herein for the use and benefit of the Certificateholders, subject to the obligations of the Trust under the Transaction Documents.
