Other Revenue definition

Other Revenue means all revenue received (whether by Tenant or any subtenants, assignees, concessionaires or licensees) from or by reason of the Property relating to (i) the operation of snack bars, restaurants, bars, catering functions, and banquet operations, (ii) sale of merchandise and inventory on the Property, and (iii) photography services.
Other Revenue means revenue generated from activities as a regulated utility within the State of Texas other than Covered Revenue.
Other Revenue means the sum of (l) revenue received from the household hazardous waste fee of $2.l5 per ton pursuant to Authority Resolution No. l40 and Resolution No. 2000-03 and (2) Product Stewardship Offsets.
