Other Guaranty definition

Other Guaranty. Each guaranty substantially in the form of Exhibit N executed by an Other Guarantor and delivered to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders after the Effective Date in accordance with Section 7.11(b).
Other Guaranty. Collectively or individually as the context may require, (i) that certain Guaranty of Lease, dated as of the Second Amendment Date, made by Guarantor and “Landlord” as defined in the Las Vegas Lease, and (ii) that certain Guaranty of Lease, dated as of the Second Amendment Date, made by Guarantor and Regional Landlord.
Other Guaranty means the Guaranty (as defined in the Bulk Portfolio Purchase Agreement).
