Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, if the terms and provisions of the Lease obligate the Operating Company to procure or maintain any or all of the insurance coverages described herein, the Borrower shall not also be obligated to maintain such insurance coverage for so long as the Operating Company procures and maintains the coverages on the same terms therein described.
