Open Fire definition

Open Fire means any fire wherein the products of combustion are emitted into the open air and are not directed thereto through a stack or chimney.
Open Fire means any outdoor fire that occurs in such a manner that combustion air is not effectively controlled and combustion products are not effectively vented through a stack or chimney.
Open Fire means any Fire which is not an Incinerator Fire, Pit Fire, Public Park Site Fire and which, without limiting the generality of the foregoing shall include grass fires, forest and brush fires, running fires, structure fires, building fires, wood scrap fires, ground thawing fires and chattel fires.
