Official of the Union definition

Official of the Union means, the Federal Secretary, Federal Assistant Secretary, Branch Secretaries and such persons as certified in writing as such by the Federal Secretary or the Branch Secretaries of the appropriate Branch.
Official of the Union means any persons as certified in writing by the Branch Secretary of the Union.
Official of the Union means any Person appointed, nominated, delegated, designated elected or employed by the Union to perform or undertake any duty, function or office for or on behalf of the Union including for the avoidance of doubt members of Council;

  • If agreement has not then been reached, the matter shall be discussed between a Management Representative of the Company and an appropriate Official of the Union.

  • No amendment or repeal of this paragraph shall apply to or have any effect on the liability or alleged liability of any Official of the Union for or with respect to any acts or omission of such Official occurring prior to such amendment or repeal.

  • Citizen of the United States has the meaning specified for such term in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49 of the United States Code or any similar legislation of the United States enacted in substitution or replacement therefor.

  • Chinese Medicine Practitioner means a Chinese medicine practitioner who is duly registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong pursuant to the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Cap. 549) of the laws of Hong Kong, but excluding the Insured Person, the Policyholder, an insurance intermediary, an employer, employee, Immediate Family Member or business partner of the Policyholder and/or Insured Person.

Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information text messages, documents, student identifies, search activity, photos, voice recordings or geolocation information. Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.
