  • The Nyaya Panchayat shall not be bound by the procedure laid down by the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), or the Code of Civil Procedures, 1908 (5 of 1908), the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (9 of 1887) or any other law for the time being in force but shall be guided by the principles of natural justice.
