Notes Documents definition

Notes Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees, the Collateral Documents, the Intercreditor Agreements and this Indenture.

Notes Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), this Indenture, the Security Documents, the Intercreditor Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement and any Additional Intercreditor Agreements.

• The Company, the Co-Issuer and the Guarantors, jointly and severally, shall pay to the Trustee from time to time such compensation for its acceptance of this Indenture and the other Notes Documents and services hereunder and thereunder as the parties shall agree in writing from time to time.

Notes Documents means (a) the Notes Indenture, the Notes, the Security Documents and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the documents referred to in the foregoing clause (a), in each case, as such documents or instruments may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
