Examples of Non-Competition Period in a sentence
During the Non-Competition Period, you shall not directly or indirectly engage in or participate as an owner, partner, holder or beneficiary of stock, stock options or other equity interest, officer, employee, director, manager, partner or agent of, or consultant for, any business competitive with any business of Viacom without the prior written consent of the Company.
As compensation for the Non-Compensation Period, Consultant shall receive a fee of U.S. $7,000,000 (Seven Million dollars) per annum (the “Non-Competition Fee) for each year of the Non-Competition Period (i.e., for five years).
During my employment by the Corporation and during the Non-Competition Period following the termination of my employment for any reason, I will not, directly or indirectly, engage in Competition or provide Consulting or Audit Services within the Restricted Area.
