Non-Competition Period definition

Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.
Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

  • During the Non-Competition Period, you shall not directly or indirectly engage in or participate as an owner, partner, holder or beneficiary of stock, stock options or other equity interest, officer, employee, director, manager, partner or agent of, or consultant for, any business competitive with any business of Viacom without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Upon a termination of the Non-Competition Period: (i) per Section 9(b) above; or (ii) by reason of Consultant’s death or disability, Consultant, or the Consultant’s estate as the case may be, shall be entitled to continued and timely payments of the Non-Competition Fee.


More Definitions of Non-Competition Period

Non-Competition Period means the period commencing upon the Date of Termination and continuing until the first anniversary of the Date of Termination or such lesser period as is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to Section 7.5(d).
