No Remedy Exclusive definition

No Remedy Exclusive. No remedy conferred upon or reserved to Landlord under this Lease is intended to be exclusive of any other available remedy or remedies, but each and every such remedy shall be cumulative, and shall be in addition to every other remedy given under this Lease or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute. No delay or omission by Landlord to exercise any right or power accruing upon any default of Tenant shall impair any such right or power or shall be construed to be a waiver thereof, but any such right and power may be exercised by Landlord at any time, from time to time and as often as my be deemed expedient. In order to entitle Landlord to exercise any remedy reserved to it in this Article X, it shall not be necessary to give any notice, other than such notice as is expressly required by this Lease.

  • Exclusive means that, subject to Sections 3 and 5, Stanford will not grant further licenses under the Licensed Patents in the Licensed Field of Use in the Licensed Territory.
