While assigned to this Unit or Team, employees are not eligible to receive standby pay under Article III.C. of this Agreement for any service related to the Emergency Services Unit or Hostage Negotiation Team.
International Franchisor hereby agrees that, except for Non-Traditional Businesses (as defined in US Franchisor’s current form of Area Development Agreement), it will not operate or license or franchise third parties to operate a PLANET FITNESS business physically located within (a) the Potential Territory, until the sooner of (i) the mutual end of negotiations for the Potential ADA or (ii) December 31, 2019 (the “Potential ADA Negotiation Period”).

If a Party exercises an Option and no Licence is agreed within the Negotiation Period, that Party’s particular Option shall lapse.
