MREL Eligible Liabilities definition

MREL Eligible Liabilities means “eligible liabilities” (or any equivalent or successor term) which are available to meet any MREL Requirement (however called or defined by then Applicable MREL Regulations) of the Issuer under Applicable MREL Regulations;
MREL Eligible Liabilities means "eligible liabilities" (or any equivalent or successor term) which are available to count towards the Issuer's and/or the Group's eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity;
MREL Eligible Liabilities means, at any time, eligible liabilities available to meet the Issuer's and/or the Group's (as applicable) minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities under the applicable MREL Requirements.
