Shipper’s Monthly Revenue Commitment for any Month shall be the product obtained by multiplying the applicable Fixed Toll times the Monthly Volume, subject to any MRC Adjustment described in Part E below.

Monthly Volume in respect of a customer for a Billing Period means the volume of gas (expressed in cubic metres) delivered by the Gas Distributor to such customer during such Billing Period;
