  • During the Call Period, each of Protiva and the Company acknowledges and agrees that the Protiva License may not be transferred or sublicensed to any Person other than Monsanto Canada.

  • During the Call Period, the Company shall not assign or transfer or sublicense any rights in the PadCo-Protiva License and Services Agreement and the Company Owned Intellectual Property and any other Company Licensed Intellectual Property, if any, to any Person other than Monsanto Canada.
