Miscellaneous Taxes definition

Miscellaneous Taxes means all present or future stamp or documentary taxes or any other excise or property taxes, charges or similar levies arising from any payment made hereunder or under any other Related Document or from the execution, delivery or enforcement of, or otherwise with respect to, this Agreement or any other Related Document.

Miscellaneous Taxes as defined in subsection (ii) below, bond premiums and charges; association fees and dues; the Premises’ share of expenses under easement, cross-easement or like agreements benefiting the Premises; license and permit costs and third party governmental fees and charges, including inspection fees; legal and accounting expenses, and other necessary costs and expenses actually incurred by Landlord in connection with the maintenance, operation and repair of the Premises which under generally accepted accounting principles would be considered an operating expense.
