Member Jurisdiction definition

Member Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction of an ACMF Member which is a Signatory, and collectively, the “Member Jurisdictions”.
Member Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction that has applied and has been approved for membership in the plan in accordance with the plan.
