Mean annual flow definition

Mean annual flow means the average flow of a river or stream (measured in cubic feet per second) from measurements taken throughout the year. If available, flow data for the previous 10 years should be used in determining mean annual flow.

  • Average Annual Debt Service means, at the time of calculation, the sum of the Annual Debt Service for the remaining years of the loan to the last scheduled maturity of the loan divided by the number of those years.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.
