Each Loan Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply with, and maintain its Real Estate, whether owned, leased, subleased or otherwise operated or occupied, in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws or as is required by orders and directives of any Governmental Authority except where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Environmental Liability.
Each Credit Party shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to comply with, and maintain its Real Estate, whether owned, leased, subleased or otherwise operated or occupied, in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws (including, without limitation, Environmental Laws related to the Release of Hazardous Materials) except where the failure to comply would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Environmental Liability.

No member of the Company Group has received any written notice alleging any material violation of Environmental Law or any Material Environmental Liability.
