Material definition

Material means all types of tangible personal property, including but not limited to goods, supplies, equipment, commodities, and information and telecommunication technology.
Material means material in relation to the business, operations, affairs, financial condition, assets, or properties of the Company and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole.
