Master Development Plan definition

Master Development Plan means the master plan for the Project prepared by the Developer and approved by TxDOT, as amended from time to time and as more particularly described in Section 5.3.1 of the Agreement. The Master Development Plan includes the Master Financial Plan and the Project Schedule.
Master Development Plan means the master development plan for the overall project and the on-site related private development prepared by the secretary and the authority with the assistance of the design professional, in the form filed with the clerks of the Senate and the House of Representatives on March 3, 2000, as modified by the secretary after May 2, 2000, in accordance with the provisions of section 32-655b, as amended by this act.
Master Development Plan means the summary and description of the Development activities to be undertaken for Collaboration Compounds approved for Development as provided herein for the period from SoPD to initial launch as part of Commercialization, including clinical trials and related pre-clinical enabling studies for a marketing authorization application. An initial Master Development Plan is attached as Appendix 1.66.

  • The development of the Project will follow a process by which TxDOT and Developer will work cooperatively to create a Master Development Plan and associated Master Financial Plan that will identify Facilities and sequence the development of the identified Facilities in a manner that corresponds to projected needs, market demand and available financial resources and ensure consistent, high quality design and construction of Facilities for the benefit of the public.
