Management Investors definition

Management Investors means the officers, directors and employees of Holdings, the Borrower and the Subsidiaries who become investors in Holdings or any of its Parent Entities or in the Borrower.

Management Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.

Management Investors means any current directors, officers, management and/or employees of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries and any of their respective family members, trusts or other estate planning vehicles and any Person owned or controlled by any of the foregoing, in each case, holding, beneficially or of record, Equity Interests in Parent.

Management Investors means the officers, directors, employees and other members of the management of or consultants to any Parent, the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries, or spouses, family members or relatives thereof, or any trust, partnership or other entity for the benefit of or the beneficial owner of which (directly or indirectly) is any of the foregoing, or any of their heirs, executors, successors and legal representatives, who at any date beneficially own or have the right to acquire, directly or indirectly, Capital Stock of the Company, any Restricted Subsidiary or any Parent.

Management Investors means the Company Persons who are (directly or indirectly through one or more investment vehicles) holders of Equity Interests in any Parent Entity and their Permitted Transferees.
