Maintenance Windows definition

Maintenance Windows means specified time frames during which Maintenance Downtime may take place.

Maintenance Windows are the time frames during which Entrust may perform scheduled routine system maintenance. The Maintenance Windows will not exceed twelve (12) hours per month. Entrust will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with two (2) weeks’ advance notice of the Maintenance Windows.

Maintenance Windows means collectively, standard maintenance and emergency maintenance. Standard maintenance windows will be published in advance on HBG Consulting’s website at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the standard maintenance window. Emergency maintenance will occur as needed. HBG Consulting will make reasonable efforts to publish emergency maintenance windows on HBG Consulting’s website in advance of the emergency maintenance window, but it is possible that advanced notification of an emergency window may not occur.
