Level 6 definition

Level 6 means a project of greater than 3 MWac.

Level 6 means that, as of any date of determination, the criteria of none of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 or Level 5 are satisfied.
Level 6 means that, as of any date of determination, the applicable Rating is equal to or below BBB- (in the case of a Rating from S&P), Baa3 (in the case of a Rating from Moody’s) or BBB- (in the case of a Rating from Fitch), as applicable, as of such date of determination, or the only Rating is a private rating and the Borrower will not authorize the applicable rating agency to make such Rating available to the Agent and the Lenders.
