Without prior notice to you, we may charge against or deduct from your deposit account, or otherwise bill you directly, an amount representing our Losses incurred in responding to or processing a Legal Dispute as permitted by Applicable Law.
We may take action we determine to be appropriate under the circumstances to comply with a Legal Dispute, even if the Legal Dispute purports to affect the interests of less than all of the owners of a joint deposit account.
You agree that we will not be liable to you for making a payment to any third party involved in a Legal Dispute even if such payment leaves insuffi- cient available funds in your deposit account to cover any outstanding Debit Transactions on your deposit account.
We will notify you whenever we are notified of a Legal Dispute, and place such restrictions on your deposit account, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
We may also assess and debit from your deposit account any applicable Attachment / Tax Levy Fee as set forth in the Rates and Fees Schedule that may be assessed as a result of the Legal Dispute in accordance with Applicable Law.
