Legal Dispute definition

Legal Dispute means any action, suit or proceeding between or among the Parties arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document.
Legal Dispute means a dispute about legal rights or legal obligations, including but not limited to any rights or obligations arising under this Employment Agreement; the Confidential Information Agreement; any other agreement; any applicable legal or equitable doctrine; any applicable common law theory; or any applicable federal, state or local, statute, regulation or other legal requirement.
Legal Dispute means any dispute related to a Party’s alleged material breach of this Agreement or the validity, breach, termination or interpretation of this Agreement, or Intellectual Property-related disputes.

Examples of Legal Dispute in a sentence

  • Without prior notice to you, we may charge against or deduct from your deposit account, or otherwise bill you directly, an amount representing our Losses incurred in responding to or processing a Legal Dispute as permitted by Applicable Law.

  • We may take action we determine to be appropriate under the circumstances to comply with a Legal Dispute, even if the Legal Dispute purports to affect the interests of less than all of the owners of a joint deposit account.

  • You agree that we will not be liable to you for making a payment to any third party involved in a Legal Dispute even if such payment leaves insuffi- cient available funds in your deposit account to cover any outstanding Debit Transactions on your deposit account.

Legal Dispute means any dispute, controversy or claim, of any and every kind or type, whether based on contract, tort, statute, regulations, or otherwise, arising out of, connected with, or relating in any way to the Agreement, the relationship of the Parties, the obligations of the Parties or the operations carried out under the Agreement, including any dispute as to the existence, validity, construction, interpretation, negotiation, performance, non-performance, breach, termination, or enforceability of the Agreement, provided a Legal Dispute shall not include any matter referable to an accounting firm for determination pursuant to the Agreement.
Legal Dispute means any Action between or among the Parties arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document.
Legal Dispute means any Action among the parties, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document or any of the transaction contemplated hereby or thereby.
