Legal and Regulatory Requirements means all legal, tax and regulatory requirements which are applicable in relation to our activities, including without limitation all such requirements of the European Parliament and Council, the UK taxation authorities, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and all such requirements made under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or by the Financial Conduct Authority or Prudential Regulation Authority, and all such requirements imposed by any other regulator or authority;
Legal and Regulatory Requirements means any and all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Project and/or the performance of the Services which are current at the date or dates on which the Project and/or Services are carried out (including without limitation EU directives and regulations having direct effect within the UK; acts of parliament, acts of the Scottish Parliament and subordinate instruments, orders, rules and/or regulations made thereunder; and/or the rules, regulations and/or bye-laws of any local authority and/or statutory or utility undertaker)

Legal and Regulatory Requirements means the requirements of:

Exhibit B sets forth the Legal and Regulatory Requirements specified in clause (i) above in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Airworthiness Directive or “AD” means any airworthiness directive issued by the Certificating Authority, in addition to any airworthiness directive issued by the Aeronautics Authority, each to the extent the same is applicable to the Aircraft and/or any Item of Equipment.

Because you will be the only one having a direct relationship with the customer, you will be responsible in that relationship for insuring compliance with all laws and regulations, including those of all applicable federal and state regulatory authorities and bodies having jurisdiction over you or your customers to the extent applicable to securities purchases hereunder.

  • Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
