Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children. Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:
Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children. An employee will be granted leave without pay, for a maximum of two (2) years, for the care and nurturing of the employee’s pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:
Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay in one (1) or more periods to a total maximum of five (5) years during an employee's total period of employment at the National Film Board shall be provided for the care and nurturing of pre-school age children. This leave cannot be used to transform a full time job into a part time job without the consent of the employer.

Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children. (a) Both parties recognize the importance of access to leave for the purpose of care and nurturing of pre-school age children.
Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay in one (1) or more periods of no less than one hundred and forty (140) hours to a total maximum of five (5) years during an employee's total period of employment with the Employer shall be provided for the care and nurturing of pre-school age children. Employees must give no less than one (1) month notice prior to embarking on leave under this clause if the leave is less than three (3) months and no less than three (3) months' notice if the leave is greater than three (3) months. Any period of notice may be waived by the Employer at the request of the employee. Such waiver shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children. The total leave granted under this clause shall not exceed five (5) years during an employee’s total period of employment in NAV CANADA / the Public Service;

(a) At the request of a worker, leave without pay in one (1) or more periods to a total maximum of five (5) years during a worker's total period of employment in the CEIU shall be provided for the care and nurturing of pre-school children.
