Examples of Lease Payments in a sentence
The Lessee shall be obligated to prepay the Lease Payments in whole or in part on any Lease Payment Date, from and to the extent of any Net Proceeds or other moneys pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
The Net Proceeds of such rental interruption insurance shall be paid to the Bank to be credited towards the payment of the Lease Payments in the order in which such Lease Payments come due and payable.
The obligation of the Lessee to pay Lease Payments shall be abated during any period in which by reason of damage, destruction or taking by eminent domain or condemnation with respect to any portion of the Leased Property there is substantial interference with the Lessee's right to use and possession of such portion of the Leased Property.
If on the Maturity Date, the Lease Payments shall not be fully paid, or if the Lease Payments hereunder shall have been abated at any time and for any reason, then the Term shall be extended until all Lease Payments shall be fully paid, except that the Term shall in no event be extended ten years beyond the Maturity Date.
This Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the Lessee hereby agrees that the Lease Payments shall be an absolute net return to the Bank, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein.
