Lease Payments definition

Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.
Lease Payments means the periodic and other payments payable by any lessee in respect of a Secured Property to or for the account of the Issuer under any applicable Lease Agreement or any other arrangements, including, without limitation, rentals, insurance premiums and operating expenses in respect of the applicable Lease Agreement;
Lease Payments means the sum of the Base Rent payments (as increased from time to time) for the applicable period.

Examples of Lease Payments in a sentence

  • The Lessee shall be obligated to prepay the Lease Payments in whole or in part on any Lease Payment Date, from and to the extent of any Net Proceeds or other moneys pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.

  • The Net Proceeds of such rental interruption insurance shall be paid to the Bank to be credited towards the payment of the Lease Payments in the order in which such Lease Payments come due and payable.

  • The obligation of the Lessee to pay Lease Payments shall be abated during any period in which by reason of damage, destruction or taking by eminent domain or condemnation with respect to any portion of the Leased Property there is substantial interference with the Lessee's right to use and possession of such portion of the Leased Property.

More Definitions of Lease Payments

Lease Payments means the Lease Payments payable by Lessee under Article VI of this Agreement and each Property Schedule, as set forth in each Property Schedule.
Lease Payments means all lease rental payments and other amounts payable by or on behalf of a Lessee under a Lease related to a Portfolio Railcar, including payments credited due to application of security deposits and amounts recovered under other supporting obligations, if any, in respect of such Lease.
Lease Payments means the amount(s) specified in Section 4.5 hereof, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, but does not include Additional Lease Payments.
Lease Payments means the amounts payable by the City under Section 4.3(a) of the Lease, including any prepayment thereof and including any amounts payable upon a delinquency in the payment thereof.
Lease Payments with respect to all Leases means the aggregate of Lease Payments under any and all Leases.
Lease Payments means all lease payments and other amounts payable by or on behalf of a Lessee under a Lease, and all rights of Grantor to receive moneys due and to become due under or pursuant to such Lease, including, without limitation, Rent Payments, Utilization Rents and Security Deposits.
Lease Payments means the sum of the Base Rent and Additional Rent due at or during a stated time.
