Lead Servicer definition

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Servicer means the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Lead Servicer in a sentence

• The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to the Non-Lead Notes and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note or any Property Advance.

• The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Trustee and any related Non-Lead Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance (at a rate not to exceed the Prime Rate) made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA, as applicable.

• The Lead Servicer, the Non-Lead Master Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the BMARK 2024-V6 PSA, the Note A-2 PSA, the Note A-3 PSA, the Note A-4 PSA and the Note A-5 PSA, as applicable.

• The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Master Servicer and/or the related Non-Lead Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note, any other Non-Lead Note or any Property Advance.

More Definitions of Lead Servicer

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Lead Securitization PSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the WFCM 2016-NXS6 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the WFCM 2016-NXS6 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA, provided that if the Note A-1 Securitization is not the First Securitization, (a) during the period from and after the First Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the First Securitization PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Benchmark 2018-B6 PSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the First Non-Lead Note Securitization and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Interim Servicing Agreement and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-1 TSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the LC25 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the LC25 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.
