Latrobe definition

Latrobe means Latrobe Health Services Inc. ABN 95 159 348 533 (otherwise referred to in these rules as “Latrobe” or “the fund”).
Latrobe means Latrobe Specialty Metals, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates in each case controlled by Latrobe, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each. “Latrobe” also includes HHEP-Latrobe, L.P., the ultimate parent entity of Latrobe Specialty Metals, Inc.
Latrobe is defined in Recital D.
