Land Use Controls definition

Land Use Controls means legal or physical restrictions on the use of, or access to, a site to reduce or eliminate potential for exposure to contaminants, or prevent activities that could interfere with the effectiveness of remediation. Land use controls include but are not limited to engineering and institutional controls.
Land Use Controls or “LUCs” shall mean any restriction or administrative action, including engineering and institutional controls, arising from the need to reduce risk to human health and the environment.
Land Use Controls means any restriction or control, which serves to protect human health and/or the environment, that limits use of and/or exposure to, any portion of a property, including water resources. These controls may include:

Land Use Controls means any restriction or control, which serves to protect human health and/or the environment, by limiting the use of and/or exposure to, any portion of a property, including water resources. These controls include but are not limited to:
