Land Commission definition

Land Commission means the Uganda Land Commission established by article 238(1) of the Constitution;
Land Commission or “Commission” means the Land Commission to be established by the Land Registration Act; but if on the passing of this Act the Land Registration Act has not yet come into operation then, until the coming into operation of that Act, all references in this Act to the Land Commission shall be construed, mutatis mutandis, as references to the High Court or a Judge thereof;
