Labour Management Committee definition

Labour Management Committee means a committee governed by Article 30 of this Agreement which shall meet to discuss matters of mutual interest to the parties, but it is understood the committee shall not discuss grievances or engage in Collective Bargaining.
Labour Management Committee means the committee that is referred to in Article 24.01.
Labour Management Committee means the Regional District Labour Management Committee provided for by this agreement.

Labour Management Committee. Where there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Com- mittee meeting, during the term of this agreement, the following shall apply: An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed upon, normally the Union Com- mittee, shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for such meeting will be made in writing at least one week prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters to be discussed. An employee representative attending such meeting on behalf of the Union shall be paid for such meeting time. A Union staff member may attend if re- quired by the Union Committee. The Employer shall pay for no more than four (4) Union members per meeting. Minutes detailing disposition of issues raised shall be kept and signed by representatives of both sides.
Labour Management Committee means a committee composed of up to two nominees of the Employer and two nominees of the Union which will meet and discuss matters of mutual concern.
