Amount of Agreement and hourly or session cost: $25,106.00 -Classroom Experiences: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 7th, & 8th Grades = $5,750.00 -New Haven Field Trips: 3rd, 4th, & 5th Grades =$12,420.00 -NESS Stonington Field Trips: 6th Grade = $6,990.00 The maximum amount the contractor shall be paid under this agreement: Twenty-five thousand, one hundred six dollars ($25,106.00).
The Department agrees to provide DNS Kindergarten curriculum (including teacher and student guides) and training to Recipient and its participating teachers, and to loan Recipient DNS Teacher Kit(s), the quantity of which will be determined by the Department, consisting of equipment listed on Attachment A, for a three year period beginning with the last date of Department signatures and ending May 30 of the third year.
Kindergarten and first grade students should maintain an extra change of clothing at school (in their classroom) at all times for such occasions.
FAILURE TO CONDUCT INSTRUCTIONAL UNIT If, for any reason, the Recipient cannot complete the DNS Kindergarten Curriculum during any given school year, the Recipient must contact the local MDC Conservation Educator to discuss changes to this Agreement or voluntary termination.
