Investment Grade definition

Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch), Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s) and a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) or the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Xxxxx’x (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Xxxxx’x); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); or the equivalent Investment Grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

Examples of Investment Grade in a sentence

  • Such Rating Fee shall begin to accrue on the first day of the fiscal quarter in which the Company failed to maintain such Investment Grade Rating on the Notes, and shall continue to accrue until evidence of an Investment Grade Rating on the Notes, is delivered to the holders of Notes.

  • In the event evidence of an Investment Grade Rating on the Notes is delivered to the holder of Notes, the Rating Fee shall cease to accrue on the last day of the fiscal quarter in respect of which such evidence is delivered.

  • The applicable Additional Notes issued at such Additional Note Closing, shall have received an Investment Grade Rating from a Rating Agency.


More Definitions of Investment Grade

Investment Grade means a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Fitch) and BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P) (or, in each case, if such Rating Agency ceases to rate the Notes for reasons outside of the Company’s control, the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any Rating Agency selected by the Company as a replacement Rating Agency).
Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of S&P); and a rating of BBB- or better by Fitch (or its equivalent under any successor rating category of Fitch).
