Internal Procedures definition

Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent;
Internal Procedures the minimum number of the Trustee’s internal procedures customary at such time for the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the records of the Trustee (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Trustee;

  • Notwithstanding any terms set out herein, Warrants having the legend set forth in Section 2.8(1) herein may only be held in the form of Uncertificated Warrants with the prior consent of the Warrant Agent and in accordance with the Internal Procedures of the Warrant Agent.


More Definitions of Internal Procedures

Internal Procedures means all internal Contractor company documentation (regardless of the manner in which it is held, stored or collated) which:
Internal Procedures means procedures internal to the Warrant Agent necessary to carry out its duties as warrant agent under this Agreement;
Internal Procedures means, in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register of Debentureholders (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership), the Trustee’s then- current internal procedures customary for such entry, change or deletion;
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the books or records kept for the purpose of indicating the registered Holder of a Security at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of any transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Trustee's or authenticating agent's internal procedures customary at such time for the action taken to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Trustee or authenticating agent, as the case may be, it being understood that neither preparation nor issuance, nor delivery to nor receipt by holders of Statements of Account shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition.
Internal Procedures has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.8(b)(ii).
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) based on the Warrant Agent’s then current internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion;
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register of Warrantholders at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership), the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion effected under the operating procedures of the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance, nor delivery to nor receipt by holders of Transaction Statements or Statements of Account shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;
