Interests definition

Interests when used herein shall have the respective meanings specified in the Declaration of Trust of the Trust.
Interests means the interest of a Holder in the Trust, including all rights, powers and privileges accorded to Holders by this Declaration, which interest may be expressed as a percentage, determined by calculating, at such times and on such basis as the Trustees shall from time to time determine, the ratio of each Holder's Book Capital Account balance to the total of all Holders' Book Capital Account balances. Reference herein to a specified percentage of, or fraction of, Interests, means Holders whose combined Book Capital Account balances represent such specified percentage or fraction of the combined Book Capital Account balances of all, or a specified group of, Holders.
